Do You Hold Inventory Or Ship Directly From Suppliers?

We work with a network of trusted fulfilment partners to deliver orders directly to our customers. This allows us to offer quality products at accessible prices, without unnecessary overheads.

Despite this, ZENNEST takes full responsibility for product quality and will manage all customer service, returns, and support. In the case of a faulty product or return, we will cover any associated costs and process refunds in accordance with our refund policy.
